Tracked International shipping is 13-17€, depending on the painting size.

Tracked domestic shipping (within Croatia) is 4-8€, depending on the painting size.

By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

I have a right to deny your commission for any reason.

I retain all the copyright of the commission painting(s) and therefore I'm allowed to use it however I see fit.

The customer will receive a personal, non-commercial license.

It's prohibited to use the painting(s) for AI, NFTs or Cryptocurrencies. This is non-negotiable

I have the right to post anything I make on social media and portfolios as well as stream the painting process.

By default I will post WIPs of your commission on my social media and Discord. If you don't want me to do that please let me know beforehand.

If you wish for your commission not to be shown until a certain date please let me know beforehand.

You're allowed to repost the painting(s) as long as it's the watermarked version and properly credited.

Profitable use of the commissioned painting(s) is prohibited. I am currently not selling commercial rights but may be able to in the future.

You may not claim that you painted commissioned painting(s) or alter them without my consent.

All payments are done via PayPal invoices.

All prices are in EUR.

Before starting to work on your commission (after we've discussed all the details) I take 30% of the total price for the deposit.

I can't start working on your commission until I've received the deposit.

Due date for payments is 10 days upon receiving an invoice.

Prices are subject to change, however, I will not charge you the new price should the price change occur during a commission.

If you're the one cancelling the commission, I will not refund you the 30% deposit.

If you're cancelling the commission after I've started the painting process (but before I've finished) I have the right to keep the deposit and 30% of the remaining payment.

If you're cancelling the commission when I'm done with the painting you will not get a refund.

If I'm the one cancelling the commission you will receive both your deposit and the remaining 70% payment in full.

Because this is a custom made artwork, EU consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. As such, the paintings are except from the 14 day withdrawal right.

It can take me anywhere from a month to 4 months to finish one painting depending on the size, complexity, real life, etc. In case of multiple paintings it can take longer.

I usually mail the painting 2-4 days after I've finished the painting.

If you want me to mail your painting it will be shipped with a tracking number which I will send to you upon mailing it.

Delivery times for physical pieces vary on your location as well as postal services.

I will not always provide work in progress photos, depending on the stage the painting is in. If you need some feel free to ask.

I usually respond within a day or two but in case it's been longer PLEASE send me another message.

I will not use your address for any other purpose other than mailing you the painting.

Once the painting is mailed I am not responsible for delays, lost mail and/or damages caused by the postal services.

Import and/or customs fees might occur if you're not from an EU country. Should they occur, the buyer is responsible to pay for them.

In case of violation of the Terms of Service you will not be able to commission another piece from me in the future.

If you read all of this send your commission request with an emoji of your favorite animal for 10% off the total price. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.

When you send me a request for a commission make sure to include photos of your pet(s) as well. I work from photos so they need to be of good quality. The more photos you send, the better but if you have only one photo I can sometimes work from that as well.

Note: I might refuse the commission if the photo(s) are not good enough for a reference

Once we work out the details I'll send you a PayPal Invoice for a deposit which is 30% of the total payment.

Once I confirm the payment I will do a rough sketch and send it to you. At this point you're allowed to make any suggestions to the painting.

Once you're happy with the sketch I will send you a PayPal Invoice for the remaining 70% of the total price including shipping fees.

Upon receiving the payment I will continue with painting your commission

In this stage I will update you 1-2 times per week on the progress but I might not share the photos, depending on the stage it's in. You're free to ask for them though.

Once I'm done you will get a watermarked version of the painting to share on social media and a non-watermarked version for yourself to keep.

If you wish to have the physical painting as well you will be notified when I mail it but it's usually 2-4 days from completing the piece.
