By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following terms

I have a right to deny your commission.

I retain all the copyright of the commission painting(s) and therefore I'm allowed to use it however I see fit.

It's prohibited to use the painting(s) for A/I, NFTs or Cryptocurrencies. This is non-negotiable

I have the right to post anything I make on social media and portfolios as well as stream the painting process.

By default I will post WIPs of your commission on my social media and Discord. If you don't want me to do that please let me know beforehand.

If you wish for your commission not to be shown until a certain date please let me know beforehand.

You're allowed to repost the painting(s) as long as it's the watermarked version and properly credited.

Profitable use of the commissioned painting(s) is prohibited. I am currently not selling commercial rights but may be able to in the future.

You may not claim that you painted commissioned painting(s) or alter them without my consent.

All payments are done via PayPal invoices.

All prices are in EUR.

Prices are subject to change, however, I will not charge you the new price should the price change occur during a commission.

If you request a refund before I start the painting process you will receive it in full.

If you request a refund after I started the painting process you will receive it in full minus 20% of the commission price for the cancellation fee.

In case I'm unable to finish the commission due to sickness, real life, etc., I will give you a full refund and will not charge you any fees.

Delivery times vary depending on the commission size, type of animal and real life.

Delivery times for physical pieces vary on your location as well as postal services.

I can't start a painting process until I've been paid for the sketch. Likewise, I can't send you a finished piece without a watermark until the commission has been paid in full.

I'll do my best to send updates at least 1-2 times per week but if you need more feel free to ask.

I usually respond within a day or two but in case it's been longer PLEASE send me another message.

I will not use your address for any other purpose other than mailing you the painting.

In case of violation of the Terms of Service you will be put on a public blacklist and will not be able to commission me for any future work.

If you read all of this send your commission request with an emoji of your favorite animal for 20% off the total price.

Make sure to read Terms of Service above. By commissioning me you automatically agree to everything stated there.

When you send me a request for a commission make sure to include photos of your pet(s) as well. Photos need to be of good quality. If you're unsure if a photo is good enough feel free to ask me!

Once we work out the details I'll start a sketch which, upon completion, will be sent to you. You're free to suggest any alterations at this point

Upon accepting the sketch you agree that I proceed to the next stage of the commission which is sending you an invoice through PayPal for the first half of the payment

Upon receiving the payment I will continue with coloring your commission

In this stage I will do my best to frequently update you on the process but you're welcome to request an update as well.

Once I'm done you will get a watermarked version of the painting. At this point you're free to suggest any minor alterations.

If you're happy with your commission piece I will send you a final invoice which will also include the shipping price provided that you want to have a physical version. If not I will not include any additional costs.

Upon receiveng the final payment I will scan the piece in 300 dpi, remove the watermark and send it to you.

If you wish to have the physical painting as well you will be notified when I mail it but it's usually 2-4 days from completing the piece.
